BOOKING & SCHEDULING

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit ensures your booking and compensates the artist for their design work and preparation time. The deposit can be transferred once if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. If failed to notify within at least 72 hours prior to appointment, the deposit will be voided and another deposit should be paid when scheduling the appointment.

All bookings are confirmed through personal communication via email or Instagram DMs after the deposit is received.

APPOINTMENT DAY

Please bring a valid government-issued ID to confirm your age (must be 18+).

Wear clean, comfortable, and loose-fitting clothing that you don’t mind getting stained — tattooing involves ink and other materials.

PAYMENT

Payment for the tattoo (minus the deposit) is due at the end of the session.

I accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal.

CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY

All custom-designed are based on your ideas, references, and our consultation. I aim to create a design that reflects your vision while staying true to my artistic style.

DESIGN PREVIEW & APPROVAL

You will receive your design 1–2 days before your appointment. This allows time for small adjustments if needed.

I do not send designs far in advance, as each design is crafted specifically for your session.

REVISIONS

Reasonable amount of minor changes is completely fine.

Major changes may require rescheduling and an additional fee.

WHAT COUNTS AS MINOR VS. MAJOR REVISION

  • Minor: resizing, refining linework, swapping small elements

  • Major: completely new direction, switching styles, big change of the initial concept

LAST-MINUTE CHANGES

Day-of changes may be limited depending on complexity. Significant last-minute changes might require rescheduling.

Designing custom tattoos takes time and care. This policy ensures that the creative process stays smooth and respectful for both of us.

Thank you for understanding and trusting me with your tattoo!

HYGIENE AND STERILIZATION PRACTICES

I always use sterile, single-use needles and maintain a clean, safe environment in line with health and safety standards.

Workstations, equipment, and surfaces are properly disinfected before and after each session to ensure your safety.

TATTOO RISKS

Please be aware that tattoos are a permanent form of art, and some variations in color, shape, and final healing results can occur due to individual skin types and body conditions.

Complications, allergies, infections, and inflammation are possible risks.

While I maintain the highest hygiene standards, I recommend discussing any health concerns with your doctor or dermatologist before booking.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are taking medications that might affect the tattoo process, please share them in the booking form. This ensures your safety and helps me provide the best care.

MY COMMITMENT

I am dedicated to creating a tattoo tailored to your ideas and preferences.

Your comfort and safety are my priorities — if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
